PRICES of private houses in Singapore increased by 3.3 percent in the first quarter of 2023 compared to the previous quarter, according to data released by the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) on Friday.

The increase was slightly higher than the 3.2 percent quarter-on-quarter increase featured in the URA's preliminary estimate for the first quarter of 2023 published on April 3.
