The price of that house is revealed in the video. 3m baht or SGD120k. Cheap but it's a low end terrace. For sgd300k, can get small villa with swimming pool. If Thailand allows foreigners to buy landed, I will seriously do that.

Most Singaporean males kena charmed by Thai gals always go there and buy the cheap landed house but under the Thai gals name. A few years later when money runs out, the Thai gal will kick him out and look for new gong kias......

My frd been living in his 200,000sf farm for over 30yrs liao. Only paid $4k for the land.
He's pretty well to do now and even bought a condo unit at Chiang Mai airport to fetch customers.

Check out this house in Chiangmai. New and including furniture and appliances.
Price is just amazing.
One thing is it is not wise to buy as foreigner who can't own land. Liable to get cheated by Thai girlfriend, the nominee partner, or even the lawyer.

I just stumble upon it....seems many others here interested.
Like I said have no plans or interest for marriage and much less someone from Vietnam or Thailand as they don't even speak same language ...and all sorts of barriers.
I just find Gary's story interesting...here in Singapore some people work whole life to just own a condo not even landed and work like hell to pay off the loan. To these people it's like most important thing in life.....he made a change and now lives in landed and owns a car which is something many Singaporeans aspire.

Errrrr..... Nothing new right, for years already got quite a lot Singaporean, beside Ang mo now is PRC buying landed house in Thailand etc around there.
Not just owning cheap big landed house also cars. One thing actually is daily needs. Is so cheap than in SG.
50 SIN dollars, you just go NTUC, Sengsong , whatever can't buy much daily needs but with 50 SIN dollars covert to Thai bath in thailand you can buy double of it a lot items with 50 Sin dollar.

Where there r chicks, they r a natural.magnet for tbe worse characters ever found on earth...there r immense chalkenges living with all the coloirful characters .a .hotbed of the most wanted gangsters, samsengs, ah longs, drugs weapons smugglers, most violent mooslim extremists n wat have u , ..everything is v cheap ,.life is indeed v adventures n v cheap too!

U really want to look for a gf or wife, go to the unspoilt secluded villages along the long borders with china ...but best bring along a doctor along to check !
