Why must state Singaporean? Even if it's Jacky Wu, can always be a Singaporean ex Taiwanese... Lol
Or to show that Singaporeans commit more crimes in Singapore? Isn't it a given? If more foreigners commit crime in a country.. it only means either way too many foreigners or the entry screening is so lousy...
