I am more inclined to believe that the elderly - especially those who lost their spouses and don't have grown up children living with them, are the most lonely. Imagine only seeing your kids and grandchildren a few times in a year.Â

I think both age groups struggle in different ways, young adults might be surrounded by people but still feel disconnected, while older folks can go days without real interaction. I've been dealing with social anxiety, especially in group settings, and recently started looking into CBD as a way to manage it more naturally.
I found some useful info and honest feedback by reading user reviews on
the cbd shop website, which helped me figure out what products were actually worth trying.

That strange, don't really felt so among those moi know in RL for this age group. Else late marriage won't become a norm liao as people from this age group would rush to get attached\married earlier if they really worry about loneliness. In fact with a growing number of otaku and fujoshi from this age group, loneliness and social anxiety ish not really a problem for them as they actually enjoy staying home to consume their favorite hobby rather than to be out interacting with another human being.
Instead it ish usually those above 60s, especially if single or those their kids already married and moved out, would have this kind of feeling. This generation also tend to have less variety of hobby that they can enjoy in their spare times compared to the younger one, also not many from this generation are otaku or fujoshi so they are really not use to being lonely.
There was a time when the country asked ordinary men to do extraordinary things.
But now, they'll only do it for money.
