Than Town Council in that area also been to blame too,

why approve it in that area in the first place? means all along whenever there is a funeral wake in that area, the tent will be stage in the same place than .

The problem Town Council Officer NEVER CHECK ,

whenever there is funeral , need to get permit from Town Council. If blame the funeral company anyhow set up the tenth block the way , than have to question so Town Council always issue approve never go check one?

So their upgrading works etc , just let sub contractor check take photo and Town Council officer No need to check in person??
