3. I had been called a CCP, JHK, Pinoy, but they never called me a CECA..

They put Khaw in charge during SARs. Didn't he do very well despite not being a doctor?

SDP also quite boliao. After observing all the mistakes made by PAP, of cos they can, in hindsight, proposed solutions. When they're in charge I think they'll also fumble.

The PnP does not lose by learning even from the Oppo.
Actually they have been learning and implementing Oppo suggestions, but maybe 5 years later

Good try trying to defend. Please read up on Khaw's background. While he is not a doctor, please see his career path. That probably help him to function better during SARS.
Did any of the current task force folks come from MOH or any of the hospital? LW was from MOH as director of healthcare finance, not sure how related is that to healthcare operations.
