I suspect some of the Taikong-nauts that have experienced in the Chinese Space Station will be the 1st Chinese to set foot on the Moon by end of the decade.

It is not question of their ability, but a matter of time the Chinese will begin their next phase of crewed-Lunar exploration after Chang'e probes success.
