With Rate rising, REITs will not be a good investment. Time to switch to bond investment.

They don't fall forever. Once low enough they are investable

Reit price tends to rise and fall with the stock market. Unlike Gold, copper or UST, it is never used to hedge the market. When times are bad, Reits can fall even faster.
