With Rate rising, REITs will not be a good investment. Time to switch to bond investment. Big Grin

I am waiting for Sg Sai bond yield rises to 5% by year end.

There is always a right price for an asset with a positive return.

An investment is good or bad depending in price.

With rates expected to rise risk assets including REITs have to fall to account for this change.

They don't fall forever. Once low enough they are investable

Reit price tends to rise and fall with the stock market.   Unlike Gold,  copper or UST,  it is never used to hedge the market.  When times are bad,  Reits can fall even faster.
