You keep laughing at his use of word umbrage...but forgot to look at the sweet deal he was giving you as parting gift 

Trading day after word umbrage was used stock traded at 1.57....now 2.15....37% gain.

When after fair consideration of $2.10 announced stock was 1.86 ...anyone could have gone involved make upwards of 10%.
