I was able to place bets on the Winner as well as the teams to qualify to Roud of 16 previously.
In fact I had placed a bet last week.

Using the online website

Now it seems cannot

How to do it besides going to the Outlet? Can do it online or not?

I am not able to advice you. I don't have account with Singapore pool.  I normally go to the outlet to place my bet.
