The tray collectors at HCs are now super relaxed and free.

Mostly standing  around like statues to be admired.

Given that customers have to clear their own trays, the cleaners are supposed to be wiping and sanitising tables/chairs but not doing so. 

What's happening?

Come 1st September they will be even freer when it's mandatory to clear one's own tray.

Food prices at HCs should be reduced as there are lesser staff needed to clear trays.

Hawkers' overheads logically will be reduced.

Why do paying customers always have to lose out?

Yah, very free. That day at Great World's Food Junction. We want to return the trays but they insisted on returning them for us. Say nothing to do.
