Just a one meter fall can be fatal ?...one meter don't need wear safety hardness lah...but careful during lunar seven month time.

Old people just one feet elevation leg already shaking when looking down. Bone also brittle. Once fall anything can happened like bone crack, skull crack, heart stop, etc........

74 yr old not very old...still can work as long body is healthy ....only becareful and take care safety !!
