Samsung was sued by the US technology company Netlist for allegedly infringing on five patented technologies. 

The Texas federal court ruled that Samsung should pay 303 million US dollars (about 400 billion won, 9.2 billion Taiwan dollars). As soon came as the news Korean media were dissatisfied with this, because Samsung is the first Ji Cai earned 600 billion won, but had to pay a fine of 400 billion won to the United States, angrily criticizing that "the penalty is too heavy."
