Scenario of HDB flipper

FOR BTO
1. After TOP never stay there .
2. After TOP do simple Reno but never stay there 
3. After TOP do simple Reno stay there acouple of months then rent out the whole units 
After 5 years put on resale market.

For resale HDB 
1. Mini Reno and rent out the whole unit 
Owner don't stay there at all.(stay overseas especially those SPR.
After 2 to 3 yrs put out on resale market again.

Come BTO now have to Depend which location, Govt recently already implement new regulation come BTO flat in so call " Prime location " Have to hold till 8 years instead 5 years Than you can resell it at resale market or rent out.

will it help? I doubt so. When those want to flip BTO flats they already have that mindset " Can wait " 8 years is just extra two more years no difference. After this new rule implement come for One BTO new project at one prime location, It seem don't affected those so call " want to flip BTO flats " One unit still have many people ballot for it.

In fact Govt should stated 10 years instead 8 years. I believe " As usual behind is all about money factors etc " thus they just increase " A bit " 2 extra years.

Those CECA buy BTO/ Condo

jobless and went back to India for few years

and rented out his unit, too

No wonder our BTO supply never enough!!

Why do we need 5 Mayors and 80 PAP Ministers?

That time ola post got 1 location a fees BLK got alot units selling and it is just next to the MRT.
If I am not wrong it is at Jalan membina

Actually I thought Govt got claim rules on " property selling price cannot BS ??? " Yet I noticed these property agent BS so much on the resale flats around my areas.
