本地近两个月发生178起用假支付应用盗刷信用卡的诈骗案，警方锁定至少20名犯罪团伙成员，其中11人境外在逃。

Many claimed that the visa-free arrangement has attracted many more criminals to visit Singapore. The crime rates must have risen a lot lately.
