yesterday I saw news, rental car companies claim business not bad a lot renting car.

I feel partly " some are car owners previous , due to financial problem so sell off their car , rent better " so call if I need a car just rent it.

But I check around my friends who driving, some even spend money upgrade their sound system in their car spend like no tomorrow.

well quite true too, PHV.

Some PHV don't even so call doing full time , is just wanna rent the car side line doing as PHV.
