This must be the new S'pore Govt strategy to allow money launderers to buy GCBs, luxury cars, jewellery etc. before seizing them and laughing all the way to the bank.

Sentosa's value dropped. This one should cost less. Is it $1,386 per sq ft? S$27.1 million, 19,550 sq ft
In a sale listing in March, the real estate company posted an asking price of S$27.1 million for the rectangular plot at 69 Ocean Drive in Sentosa Cove.
The plot, which has a 99-year leasehold tenure from July 2005, is suitable to be developed into a seafront villa, the firm added.
Su, who is originally from China, had paid slightly over S$39.33 million or S$2,012 per square foot (psf) for a 19,550 sq ft bungalow sitting on the land in March 2021.

Recently the developer slash price for condo there also NO BODY BUY. I know those players now trying to sell off their Extra assets, they want now is Hard cash , invest on Gold/Silver and into other investment than properties. Properties good days are over. I don't mean is totally dead is just that You are paying so much in return obviously you also wanna sell double the price to earn profits or even rent out high or else you buy extra properties for what? Obviously is to earn profits but now a days is too much already everyone is doing.
