Why we cannot trust the verdict of a District Court judge, as it can be overturned by a High Court Judge in an appeal

It is just a waste of taxpayer's money having such incompetent judges, who needs to go back to law school, in my honest humble opinion

Never use a bit of common sense when exercising judgment of the laws at their disposal

Anyone without resources, will end up accepting the District Court judge's decision and lose the case

What a bloody disgrace!
