this leasehold already rented for 10yrs maybe cost already covered. the rest profit.
wonder why its allowed to clear stocks after a decade. usually within 5yrs developer must clear all stocks right?

Usually locals wont live there bcos of the considerable distance to schools . Ony wealthy with no brains type buy. If really got money park in other GCBs on the mainland liao.

It’s my friend’s home. Kong hee used to live up the penthouse same block.
