For TEL, I feel that those on the north end will be better served as it intersects the North-south Line at Woodlands (TE2), the Circle Line at Caldecott (TE9) and the Downtown Line at Stevens (TE11).
Those on the southeast end will hit the Circle Line at Marina Bay (TE20) which is quite far away from TE31.
