PAP Union cannot protect others who are not in the union. But being in the Union is merely just sending you for training. This is an absolute disgrace.

Even many publicly listed companies prefer to force affected staff to resign (with their notice pay given as compensation) rather than lay them off with full retrenchment benefits, which aren't mandatory for PMEs in SG.
