So let me name them base on observation and what I went through

1) Payment Machine
The change comes out at the bottom and deep dark inside

No auto- lights so Most elderly cannot see 


2) Everyone must kowtow to the machine because it is very low

I see elderly having difficulty

especially those with walking stick cannot bend safely without falling

3) Small notes come out first then the big notes

I myself have missed out $10 note

and also have yelled at aunties who have not take their $10 note

4) The Cashiers are badly trained

Where they harass each customer at the payment counter

Asking them to buy this, that . . . .look at this and that at the counter

[Ola]

5) Poorly designed Self- Packing area

Saw one aunty with 1 bag in 2 different boxes at the cashier

Can see her needing a long time to organise and sort her own trolley

then later try to put things properly from the box into her trolley

6) Poorly trained Cashiers
Already 2 aunties in the front of the payment counter

My mum's turn came and they scan and put inside the plastic bag

Then gave the plastic bag to my mum

My mum just told the cashier- Put inside the box

The PRC Cashier told my mum "no place" so told her to hold

But it is heavy so my mum said "No".

The PRC rudely told her if " you don't want, then don't pay"

My mum was angry.

7) What the Cashier scan
the items on the screen is not convenient to see

got discount or promotion cannot see clearly

all these features are good for the company...................no wonder can afford give so many months bonus........
