I cannot speak for ALL healthcare workers, such as nurses, technicians, etc.
But I was shocked to learn that young doctors are paid pittance compared to their responsibilities.
They have to be on standby 24/7.
The first shocker is that their transport claims are not allowed/accepted.
The 2nd shocker is that they cannot seek medical care from their hospital (employer) when they fall ill.
The 3rd shocker is they their own medical care are not subsidised or claimable.
Why such deplorable practices for our healthcare workers?
