They have had great players, e.g. klinsmann, bale, son, Kane, but chairman is lousy. 

Always selling their best players in the past. Most recently, they sold Erikkson and vertonghen after the champions League loss. Then sacked poch after just a short bad patch. Gave aurier a free transfer and replaced him E Royal who is physically quite weak and kept getting fouled. I could go on and on about how the team keeps getting mismanaged.
