I think their delivery system is spoilt. Definitely, they did not deliver. Waited for them for the whole period and they did not arrive but put unsuccessful. Hope they don't spoil the other item.

This is a joke. Collection point can get lost. Mine direct location is also unsuccessful. Sent a message to me to redirect. Redirect to the same location?

For lost item, you have to be careful. If they give you a voucher, you make sure the transaction goes thru' and receive the item. Don't later, they cancel the item. The voucher was used.

The standard arrangement is for Shopee to deliver and you pay $1/= delivery fee. Think the collection point arrangement is one negotiated between the seller and the collection point for which I think a fee is paid by the seller. I got into the same problem once but got the item delivered to my house after several failed delivery. After that, I always opted to pay $1/=. Never miss a delivery.
Omni is in my ignored list. This works well like he always bumps my post for me all the time. Thank u Omni.

Shopee online Support is not bad. I have also called them before, I couldnt delete my credit card. It takes about 1 to 2 days with few emails exchange.

Maybe Covid, short of delivery staff. Mostly backlog. Might be the main problem.
Misroute means sending to the wrong delivery person.
