Sim  was a marathoner and regular runner. His fitness is without question at top condition for his age.

As CEO he was a well informed responsible person

His sudden death however is due to one thing mistaking fitness for health.

One cannot skip annual echo and angio  gram once every few years to detect blockages. This is money you should try to save.

These 2 tests while be able to uncover hidden problems.

You are wrong to conclude that what j say is due to this case alone there have been many cases and pre date covid and vaccines.

Since Sim family and coroner  did not release any information my conclusion is based on past cases as well as this one.

One can argue that vaccine cause all these unexpected deaths but unexpected deaths have occurred throughout for a long time before the mRNA vaccines. Below are some examples
