1st generation told no reserves so much build it up. 2nd generation told need to build up CPF for retirement and lend money to govt and govt then lend to SWF. 3rd generation told that CPF not enough for retirement, you die your own problem unless we head to CPF life. 4th generation told that reserves cannot be used cos cannot be built-up again.

The same party ruled in all 4 generations. The first adminstration gained some but spread the wealth.
