Unlikely Singapore locals but foreigners who got their PR. They are money laundering so even if they sell at a loss for 20% next time, they already have 80% clean money from the sale.

Silly people think their salary can cope with this kind of price.
Maybe aging parents sponsor last rally of HDB prices.
But they forgot price will return to zero, all flats will eventually
return to Sg govt.
