Singapore No. 1 ' lowest birth rates " in Southeast Asia. Is Singapore in trouble?

In 2023, Singapore had 7.1 live births per 1,000 people.

After Singapore is Thailand.

Why like that?

Will both, lower birth rates and continue giving new citizenships able to keep PAP perpetually in power?

Any ideas
