Keppel corruption rampant (2001-2014) puts Singapore No.5 World's least corrupted country in question.

Can the researchers be so corrupted turning a blind eye?

Jeffery Chow, 59, a former senior member of KOM pleaded guilty on Aug. 29 to conspiring to violate the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act as part of his deal to cooperate. 

He admitted to drafting contracts that were used to make bribe payments, according to court records.

“I am deeply sorry for my conduct,” he said.

No. Least corrupted ranking is relative. It means we live in a terrible world. Repent now. Renounce now. Whatever that is impermanent, conditioned, cannot be controlled are suffering.
