now viruses are everywhere, zero tolerance is not possible, our strategy has changed, lockdown is also no use already. The reason he asked us to stay at home for recovery is because the hospitals will be under huge pressure if everyone rushes to A & E at same time, most importantly there may not be sufficient beds in negative pressure wards.

There is no escape.
At present people who get "covid19" stay at HOMES.
Serious need oxygen go Hosptals but this is not right
as it is more a problem of poisoning. Panadol or aspirin more helpful.
So we need to go thr the motion of how the body rids TOXINS.
We have 2 pathways:
1 Blood in the veins
2.Outside the veins the interstitual fluids where ur body's cells r.
1. Toxins are pushed thr. the walls of the veins hydrostastic pressure.
If the sizes are too big, Blood will crystallised them insitu in a bid to tackle the toxicity.
Over time the clottings will give problem.
2. Outside the veins ur normal disposal functions like bowel movements, sweating, vapors etc.
Note: normally your janitors r Viruses, bacterias, fungi. They clean at the same time they add of their own waste.
Nature must make those waste less toxic.
Under the scope the healthy blood cells are ROUND and evenly spaced. The haemoglobin where ur immunity and gas exchange takes place. Vital as the last stage of the mitochondria of cell needs oxygen molecules to repeat its function as a power plant for the cell.
Cell dies you die.

If vaccine is the only strategy like now, then we can only pray for virus to evolve to harmless fast.
It would be not be forever, as no pandemic is. A few years more if no abuse of steroid.
Only those which implement effective ways to reduce the transmission will recover first and lead the recovery,
Zonal lockdown with less impact on economy still applicable as now.
