Singapore Turf Club to hold final race on Oct 24; handover site to govt by 2027 for redevelopment

Until today I never read will STC still operate to take horse bets or not. They can close down the race course but what about horse betting that take results from PR,IR,KR,HR ? Those just need the horse results no need the Kranji race track to have horses racing. If still taking bets from other countries race course results then the betting system will still be handled by STC IT or they will hand over that to SPools IT instead? Just to note for every dollar bet govt take a cut and the remaining STC has to ownself settle i.e factor in their operating expense ownself swallow no subsidy from govt. In return govt grant STC the license to operate.
