Not entirely wrong if you look at it. Unless there is a war, most of the times soldiers is in the camp doing training and relaxing. So now country got crisis need to contribute. Same as Spore, NDP is a big event so it is a crisis so SAF NSF are mobilised to contribute in the preparation etc.
