I queued when reached tell me this. Thinking of another way. Long que. Business too good, a lot of people got turn away after they go thru’ the crowd.
Will make appointment. Open another account with another bank. Receive a small amount of money. Close account. Open DBS account because of convenience.

Dbs has a fantasy of bank less live more, that peoples can bank anywhere without visiting branch

Brick and mortar will always be there, in US the big banks know about this very early on when peoples hyped up digital banking, after hearing what their digital banking new hired proposals, the management almost fell off chair, the management understood very quickly that's is not going to work and disband digital banking division
If you go linkedin and see someone with title like global head of digital banking,yyou can almost certain he has no office but only a small desk with a stool somewhere in dark corner, is a cho bo lan job, another cho bo lan job chief innovation officer, pretty much klkk job
, another funny and useless job titles, scum master... A talk only do little job...
