It is estimated that the food waste generated by 8 million humans has resulted in 5 times that number of rats in New York. S'pore has 6 million inhabitants crammed inside a space that is smaller than NY, so expect to have more rodents than people on our island.

All that expensive equipment and manpower to tell us what we already know that rats are a problem in SG - especially at night! What a waste of taxpayers' hard earned money!

Housing and cars would be far more affordable with our ideal population size of 3 million residents. As it is, more ultra wealthy foreigners (including money launderers) are buying up freehold land, causing rents to shoot up, resulting in the prices of everything else following suit.

The number of crows in your vicinity can tell you there is good food for them.

The Pappies are trying to stuff 6 million people into a tiny country like S'pore, resulting in the generation of a humongous amount of food waste to keep the rats happy and reproducing at a faster rate!
