A long article, but in short, this is the summary:

Come into Singapore without SHN (PCR test only)

- Must be vaccinated for Germany and Brunei
- No need vaccinated for Hong Kong and Macau, Taiwan, China???

Travel out from Singapore without SHN at host country

- Must be vaccinated for Germany

So, no need to intimate/scare/discriminate against the not vaccinated folks liao, coz we are letting more not vaccinated folks to come in..

Meanwhile, Singaporean who are already vaccinated still have to serve SHN at the host country (apart from Germany).

1. I have served the nation in a combat unit for 2.5 + 10 years. I had fulfilled my duty as a citizen, but has the country do it's part for me?
2. I don't know where the threat of CCP is, but I know the threat of CECA is already at my doorsteps
3. I had been called a CCP, JHK, Pinoy, but they never called me a CECA..

From 12.58min onwards. Hope the PCR tests are reliable for category 1, otherwise we are stabbing ourselves from the front.

The vaccinated oso can be infectious. The real worry is how accurate are the PCR tests.

Ya.. We opened up to 6, but only 1 reciprocate and open up to Singapore..
