Singapore ranked 4th city with best public transport, but some netizens seem to favour Taipei & Tokyo

Taipei's rail infrastructure just feels old. Tokyo's is super crowded and conductors pushing people to allow doors to close is a real thing.

They are more reliable than SG's but not better.

Taipei and Tokyo not bad too. Many people have commented on the train service but their bus services not bad too, at least when I was working in those cities.

The only complaint I have is that their bus stops are very far apart and their frequency is lower. My Japanese ex-colleague commented that it is good for him as walking is his only exercise. He says working in Singapore, if he took the buses, not much walking involved.
