Reported cases 20,000++, not reported may be 3 times in Singapore. It is spreading in the public place. Many people who do not gather in group also get it. NUS hall infection rate is about 30%

Many will flee to Taiwan.

It is still a mandate to put on mask here in Taiwan. The health minister has just announced that come April those local Taiwanese will no longer require to wear masks. But those foreigners entering into the island will need to put them on and once after their quarantine confirmed that they are clear from the PCR test, then mask will not be required. 

But all these are subject to change based on the situation in Taiwan.
