If it's frozen properly, it can actually be safely consumed even after 5 or even 10 years. Only it may not taste like wagyu quality after so long.

should ask the restaurant owner to eat up all as a punishment. No point fine them as the profit they made could be more than the fine. others may continue to serve expired food.
