If you take mrt or bus, you are not considered outdoors.  If you enter a shopping mall or supermarket, you are not considered outdoors.  If you are NOT a retiree but still working inside an office, you are not considered outdoors.

So you still need to keep on in your pocket.

Agree.

If you enjoy an after dinner stroll at a park, it is good.

Or simply anywhere as long as there are no door and four walls that say your are indoor.
