Both the Sinovac vaccine and another by Pfizer-BioNTech produced “inadequate” antibody responses to the variant, HKU scientists said in a statement Tuesday night, calling for the use of boosters to potentially enhance protection.
Beijing-based Sinovac on Wednesday responded with a statement saying a third shot of its CoronaVac vaccine could improve its ability to neutralise Omicron, citing its own laboratory studies.

They only measure the anti-bodies but not the memory response.

Who say China got no freedom of speech. HK researchers can still sinovac is no good, but still get to see the sun tomorrow.
The sickening situation here is everyone say their vaccine is good and protect against all virus, be it sinovac, sinopharm, Pfizer, moderna and more.
The so call neutral parties, which supposed to give us no biases opinions, are giving questionable opinions until we don't know who to trust.
So，if you believe sinovac and sinopharm is less risky for you, continue with them.
Same thing if you think unknown side or after effects from Pfizer and moderna is never a concern, continue with them

1. I have served the nation in a combat unit for 2.5 + 10 years. I had fulfilled my duty as a citizen, but has the country do it's part for me?
2. I don't know where the threat of CCP is, but I know the threat of CECA is already at my doorsteps

I just had my 3rd Sinovac booster !!!
I asked doctor that some frens reported low anti-bodies, how?
He said anti-bodies are not the only factor, your T-cells response are working.
So anti-bodies count not that relevant or material --- which is which ask ET

The real-world data is definitely better than a small sample size of a few in the lab. equipment. Memory response is equally important. These are widely known. Valneva has an edge on Endpoints due to the low infections and recovery. Scientists mentioned that these override the level of anti-bodies.
