Heard from others bolehlanders were jabbed for free all along.
These are now the people on short-term visitor pass, e.g. mother/father of EP holders, trainees, etc. Previously, only those with work/student passes were eligible.

What I heard last year was any bolehlander [visiting family member] could get free jab if they were oredy in Sinpwn.
