Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked at least two Pantsir-S1 (NATO-codified SA-22 Greyhound) surface-to-air missile systems last few days. The second complex probably has a chance to return to service. SA-22 Greyhound was destroyed near Bakhmut. Ukrainian artillerymen, thanks to aerial reconnaissance, were able to finally finish off the anti-aircraft missile and cannon system on the second occasion. 😁😄😃

Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicle Leleka-100 and the M142 HIMARS or M270 MLRS (or LRU / MARS II modification) were involved in the attack on the second SA-22 Greyhound. The high-precision GMLRS munition with a launch range of up to 80km hit the hidden SA-22 Greyhound.

The video does not show the detonation of the ammunition, so it is difficult to say whether the anti-aircraft missile and cannon system was completely destroyed. But in any case, the hit should put the SA-22 Greyhound out of action for a while.

Polish President Andrzej Duda said that Poland was not able to supply Ukraine with F-16 fighter jets but was not against training Ukrainian pilots and sending more MiG-29s, news outlet wPolityce reported on May 17.

At the Council of Europe summit. Duda was asked if Poland would join an international coalition alongside the U.K. and the Netherlands to procure F-16 fighter jets for Ukraine. According to Duda, Poland has a "relatively small number" of F-16s, meaning that supplying Ukraine with such fighter jets is not an option.

Ukraine has received 14 Soviet-era MiG-29 fighter jets from Poland and 13 from Slovakia.

Ukraine's Third Assault Brigade confirmed on May 9 that Russia 72nd Separate Motorized Rifle Brigade has fled Bakhmut. The news, prior to the confirmation, was originally announced by Wagner mercenary group founder Yevgeny Prigozhin.
