Fires broke out at two oil depots in Russia's Voronezh Oblast and Perm Krai overnight on Oct. 4, local authorities reported Russian Ministry, its air defense downed six Ukrainian drones over Voronezh Oblast, six over Belgorod Oblast, one over Rostov Oblast and one over the Azov Sea.

Aleksandr Gusev, Voronezh Oblast governor, claimed that an empty tank at an oil storage facility was hit during the drone attack and put out later. A large-scale fire broke out at oil depot in village of Osentsy in Perm Krai. Russia's Perm Krai lies around 1,800 km's (km) northeast of Ukraine...

A Ukrainian security source has shared drone footage with Sky News which shows strikes on troops in the Donetsk region - Russian military man named city towards which the Russian army will advance after Vuhledar. Russian occupiers have managed to capture the city of Vuhledar in Donetsk. The invaders will try to push forward, particularly towards Kurakhove.

This was stated by Junior Sergeant Stanislav Bunyatov, Commander of a Platoon in 24th Separate Assault Battalion "Aidar," with call sign "Osman. "In his opinion, the next settlements that the Russians plan to capture could be Maksymilianivka and Dalne.

"Assaulting city head-on is difficult, especially when one of most powerful drone strike units is stationed there," Bunyatov emphasized according
to him, if village is captured, enemy will find it convenient to pressure flank of Kurakhove & advance towards Bohoyavlenka. This would threaten the encirclement of several villages, forcing Ukrainian troops to retreat, the officer stressed. "I hope our command is monitoring the combat situation in this area & will not allow such a total tactical defeat," Stanislav Bunyatov stated.

Ukrainian troops in eastern Ukraine received a surprise gift on Saturday when a rare Russian air force Okhotnik stealth drone fell out of the sky over the fortress town of Chasiv Yar. It’s not clear what happened to bring down the radar-evading drone. Video shot from the ground apparently depicts a warplane firing a missile at the arrow-shaped Okhotnik, sending it tumbling to the ground. Was shooter a Ukrainian fighter? Or If the Okhotnik malfunctioned, Russians may have opted to shoot it down rather than risk it crash-landing mostly intact inside Ukrainian lines.

“I really want to hope that it was a loss of control due to something failing … or the UAV’s brains went crazy for their own reasons, and not the drone being intercepted by the enemy,” Fighterbomber wrote. One strong possibility is that the Okhotnik ran afoul of the heavy radio jamming along that sector of the 700-mile front line. The drone likely lacks full autonomy, and instead depends on a steady connection to operators on the ground. That’s a design detail Ukrainian and allied analysts can now confirm as they inspect the Okhotnik’s remains.

It’s an embarrassing loss for the battered Russian air force, which has written off more than 100 warplanes—including at least one Sukhoi Su-57 stealth fighter—to Ukrainian guns, missiles and drones.

Tehran describes missile as hypersonic, deputy director of Missle Defense Project at Center for Strategic & Intel Studies, told many long-range ballistic missiles reach hypersonic speeds in their terminal phase. Means travel at Mach 5 — 5-times speed of sound or over 3,800 miles per hour — or faster.
However, true hypersonic capabilities are based on more than just speed, depend on whether the missile can sustain extreme speed & maneuver effectively during flight. It's unclear as to whether Fattah meets all of the criteria, but it does appear to be able to maneuver in flight.

Farzin Nadimi, a senior fellow at The Washington Institute for Near East Policy and an expert in Iranian security and defense affairs, told BI that there are indications that Iran launched a large number of Fattahs in the attack, adding that photographic evidence of fallen debris revealed characteristics consistent with the missile.
