I think you go LTA show death cert, then they likely issue you a scrap letter. You then go engage a tow truck and get it to lift the bike and bring to scrap yard. You follow the truck to yard with the LTA letter and they will proceed to scrap the vehicle (I assume no outstanding loan).

There are ppl who do scrapping of old bikes. If condition is good, maybe can get some cash. Else pay a bit and they'll do it
