75% of Sky Eden@Bedok units sold on first day of launch

SINGAPORE - About three-quarters of all units at Sky Eden@Bedok condominium were sold at an average price of $2,100 per sq ft (psf) during its launch on Wednesday.

A total of 118 units of the 158-unit mixed-use development, which is the first residential launch in Bedok Town Centre in 10 years, were sold.

All two-bedroom units were fully sold, developer Frasers Property said on Thursday morning.

Likely because near MRT and Changi Business park are can rent out easily.

But still darn ex.

prices pushed up from 2k to 2.1k. land a bit small else not bad

location not bad compared to many other places. many amenities around.
