This is getting more and more absurd! Without the relevant experience, the Top Talent comes here to look for a job. Does the Govt thinks that the same can apply foolishly like his shoddy Army Generals parachuted into a job that people must train him for 5 years??

Because these people aka Civil servants thought Private sectors like public sectors/stat boards.
Civil servants depend which job scope like Technical staff, they just call sub contractors go do the job. Whereas Private sectors technical staff is really do the job themselves. See the difference?

Govt is totally out of sync, lack awareness and understanding for the global market. They insists on using their Govt culture for these Top Talents so that they end up like Yes Men again. This is just another purposeless idea to Attract talents as Rubbish repeatedly. Sincerely, they must be removed permanently.

the MOST EPIC I see TV , that Ng C M from NTUC go NTUC supermarket brag about increase pay for the cashier etc.
Of course they can , " ownself pay ownself OUT FROM PUBLIC FUNDS " but for Private sectors? How ? Boss no need to earn? like that means cost prices will need to increase and consumers have to pay more.
