Western food 4 courses quite full liao. If I remember correctly the sequence is appertizer, salad or soup, main course and dessert. Angpow $50 is more than enough liao......

actually I prefer Chinese traditional one. Partly maybe daily sick of western foods while entertain Ang mo clients for my uncle

The last I attend wedding dinner at Chinese style actually at hotel is my cousin friend which I also know.

Most big hotels/restaurants are offering this service these days. Attended one at Westin Hotel recently. 

Tea is not high tea ,whereby you enjoy delectable cakes, snacks,coffee and tea. Lol

Agree, $50 not enough nowadays. The cost of living and price had tripled in the last 2 turbulent years. Now about $150 ang pow should be reasonable.
