when Vaccinated Travel Lanes (VTLs) opened up to our neighbours Malaysia and Indonesia, it’s not surprising that they would jump at the chance to apply.

Unfortunately, this surge in applications caused an Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) website to crash for 5 hours.

Certainly doesn't add up to a smart nation at all when gov has been singing praises how we r moving in this direction... system cannot cope with 35k applications as if it is 35mil...
When more vtls r announced they didn't do homework to prepare? Idling until 热锅上的蚂蚁

There is no right or wrong decisions. 
One only has to bear the consequences that one makes  Big Grin

ICA website is pretty weak if it cannot handle 35k users.

This is a risky game they are playing and me as unvax is just sitting on the bench watch.
