Why freely & easily issue EP for FTs
so that citizens are jobless when they are young and healthy

Depends individual health , Some do still health at 70++
again end of the day MONEY still the key ingredients. You don't have much money how to give yourself good healthy foods?
Do you noticed healthy foods cost More than unhealthy foods?
Simply see MCD menu, see salads cost more than a hamburger.
